At BOOKOFF Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible pre-owned and new apparel. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition with all security tags and BOOKOFF labels attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your BOOKOFF Online account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring you include the printed return slip and that all original store tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship to BOOKOFF

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or choose your own tracked shipping method to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items to verify their condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
